My Not-Unanticipated Gloat Text To My Family

I haven’t shared too much directly personal content of late, but for the bigger point, here is the text I fired off to my immediate family (my folks and my siblings and their spouses, only one couple being Harris supporters). I do not believe anyone but my mom or dad will have read it. And I generally only experience glee when picturing my brother-in-law smiling as he reads what he would never say.

After the text I have addd here some much needed commentary—as no one but me seems to enjoy taking writing at face value and thinking about what it means and doesn’t mean.

Gotcha!!

Like you, I feel like the biggest “soul interrogation” just ended and you two failed. Racism (BIPOC are not better), sexism (women are not better), and communism (theft is not better) are evil. And you both have to live with the fact that you voted according to them (and, in spite of at least superficially agreeing with me and being surrounded by people who also agree).

Fear not! It’s beautiful, in a way. That is, it is truly a powerful (think sunrise 🌅 , not democrat machine’s gun-to-head) moment, if you approach this “lived experience” from the twin Biblical perspectives of divine patience and grace, as offered by the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The maker and sustainer of the universe has given you more time to repent. Be happy. Consider it.

I, for my part, thank the LORD and will think of you before all others whenever I see a rainbow or cloth representation of a rainbow’s colors going forward and am inescapably reminded of patience.

Notice I didn’t say anything about Trump. Do you see? Not one thing was about Trump. This is for many reasons, all equally as noble as the true thrust of the text.

Firstly, I didn’t vote for him, so “my guy” didn’t win. My problem with dems has never been that they didn’t support “my guy” or “Trump.” My problem with dems is their support of evil.

Secondly, and more importantly, nobody voted for Trump because he is a man, or because he is white, or because he is old. Naturally this is hyperbole—I cannot know for certain that those DEI features were ignored by all his voters. But I can say that anyone who did cast such a shamefully-reasoned vote would never admit it. This is also hyperbole. But not hyperbole is the following: any racist, sexist, and ageist voters for Trump had no influence on the contest. And more specifically, I know my Trump-voting family members voted for him for his policies or humor or record or simple hope that his MAGA slogan is his earnest hope and plan.

Lastly, Kamala Harris is so empty, so devoid of reason, so obviously puppeteered that it is impossible for me to be wrong that her voters were voting with evil intent. Besides the manifest logical truth of this claim (you can’t reasonably vote for someone who isn’t for at least one thing), the Harris voters’ own silence on any non-DEI (evil) reasons for their vote is impossible to ignore. 66,000,000+ citizens voted with race, sex, age, theft, and lies as their motivation. 71,000,000+ voted with, at their core, hope as their motivation.

They hoped he wants America to be great again. They hoped he knew he was fibbing all the time he lies. They hoped he wouldn’t put himself before America.

Now we wait.

Kamala Is Not A Grandma

The politically incorrect trolls are having a field day with Kamala’s “as a parent” response. People or bots are correctly pointing out that she is not a parent, but their implied reason is invalid.

Kamala Harris has no children of her own, and she met her step-children when they were 15 & 19 (or thereabouts). But CNN’s question was about the last 4 years, which means while the step-children were 21-25 and 26-30 years old. And Kamala was 56-60.

There’s more. The whole “make mistakes while parenting” is relatable when you and your children are young. If Donald Trump, while 70 and Barron 10, delivered the quip, it may produce laughs, but it still wouldn’t accomplish the purpose Kamala sought the other night.

But all of this is missing the bigger point.

This woman is 60 yrs old. That makes her twenty plus years into being capable of being a grandma and she is suggesting she is a mom making mistakes. The lie she told is her age, not her family status.

Donald Trump, the most misogynistic presidential candidate in recent history, is going to beat the first two women candidates, and why? Because Kamala lied about her age. Why? Because she’s a woman and lives in reality after all.

Trump’s Not A Horse in A Building; He’s James Bond

My brother was the first to share with me the humorous analysis that watching Trump was like watching a horse inside a building—it’s off-putting, but everything is probably gonna be okay.

But the more I watch Trump, the more I am sure that the creature he is most similar to is James Bond.

If you haven’t watched one of the films recently, please do so before reacting argumentatively to this idea.

The general highlights of the two characters’ similarities are the neat suit, and the humor—often some kind of sexual innuendo, as was on display yesterday. There is also, at this point, on full display for the entire nation and world, a remarkable ability to land on their feet.

And if you haven’t watched the McDonald’s clips, you owe it to yourself to track some down. A beautiful lady pulls up to the window, and Trump says aloud, “You’re a beautiful woman.” A tough looking large man pulls up to the window, and Trump says aloud, “Wow, I wouldn’t want to mess with you.”

“And you are?”

“Trump. Donald Trump.”

Is It Possible that They Are Mad Because They Couldn’t Control Him?

Many American Generals are saying some outrageous things about Trump as this election cycle dashes to the finish. Is it possible these high-ranking men are mad because they couldn’t control Trump?

There are reports that General Mattis allegedly slept in his gym clothes in case he got a call to come in overnight.

“What do you want to discuss now, my favorite color?”

Is fate so unkind as to hinge nuclear attack on the time it takes to change clothes?

I doubt it.

More believable is these generals, regardless the character they exhibited along their climb to political power, became persuaded that they were anointed and Trump was not.

I’m sorry, but I do not live in a country where the defense secretary’s pajamas are a matter of national security anymore than Colonel Jessup’s underwear.

Kamala Harris Speaks in Sentence Fragments and Believes the Sky is Flat

The “word salad” description of Kamala Harris’ utterances is just not powerful. It is accurate, but it is not powerful. So the time has come to change the description of her speech. It is time to plainly state that she does not speak in complete sentences. Instead, simply describe that she speaks in sentence fragments.

I also want to return to her “see the constellation” wisdom she pronounced the other day, one more time.

Forget that constellations are “not real” in the sense that Orion doesn’t really look like a warrior with a bow, nor does Orion’s Belt really look anything like a belt. I don’t care about that. What is striking to me, especially after having read through many of the great “scientists” of Western Civilization and their celestially-centered work—something Harris has clearly never read—is that constellations and Harris’s entire point are based on an incorrect model of the universe. The night sky has depth. The stars in the constellations are not lights lining the interior of a sphere, similar to a planetarium. The universe is deep.

Kamala Harris is manifestly ignorant of this and consequently passes on proverbs from antiquity which amount to little more than horoscope. This woman is a moron. And it ain’t because she is black, Indian, or a woman. It is because she speaks in sentence fragments and believes the sky is flat.

A Midwestern Take On the State of the Two Campaigns

Trump: They know they have won. At this point all that is left to do is stay in headlines. (ref: dancing, outrageous rhetoric etc.)

Harris: They know they have lost. At this point all that is left to do is prove you really tried. (ref: interview explosion)

The Answer to This Gen Xer’s Middle-School Question, “What Is the Point of Diagramming Sentences?”

Harris answered, “If you just look at where the stars are in the sky don’t look ‘em as just random things if you just look at them as points look at the constellation what does it show you?”

Before you review the provided diagram, please take a moment to consider the concept she asserted that the “stars” are “random things” and “points”.

That took about 45 min and some help from the internet. Overall, I learned that Harris used the imperative (I hate being bossed) and uncommonly deep subordinate phrasing.

Now, if only we knew what those random points in the sky when it is dark were, then we might be getting somewhere towards understanding Trump’s racism.

Media’s Paradox

What if they start suggesting that the polls indicate Trump will win, and then Trump were to lose?

This, my fellow Americans, is why you don’t lie.

They lied for so long, that now, they cannot see a way to recover their integrity.

Up next, I am going to answer the age old question about the task of diagramming sentences, “Why do we have to learn this?”

Puppet vs. Man, Two Doozies—You Decide

Ladies first:

“That’s how — that’s how we came into being, because the people before us understood that one of the greatest expressions for the love of our country, one of the greatest expressions of patriotism, is to fight for the ideals of who we are, which includes freedom to make decisions about your own body; freedom to be safe from gun violence; freedom to have access to the ballot box; freedom to be who you are and just be, to love who you love openly and with pride; freedom to just be.  And that’s who we are.  We believe in all that.”

(That’s from whitehouse.gov, by which I mean to highlight that they do not know how to punctuate her utterances. The semi-colon is for sentences, equivalent to periods and conjunctions. They should have been commas. But that would make it seem like a long sentence. Or that’s the best reason I can figure besides incompetence.)

The Donald:

“They’re eating the dogs! The people that came in. They’re eating the cats! They’re eating, they’re eating the pets of the people that live there.”

The question is not, “Which of these quotes is true and which is false?”

The question is, “Which lie (they are both lies) is the BIGGER lie?”

I have already indicated that eating wild animals that Americans typically don’t eat, like geese from the local hangout spot lake, is okay by me. But that isn’t what makes Trumps claim a lie. It is that no one in Springfield, OH (or anywhere else likely) has eaten someone else’s pet. So that’s a doozy for sure, on account of scale.

But! But, but, but! Kamala’s lie contains many, many lies and confusions and deceptions. I have time and so have listed them.

  1. The antecedent to “we” slips from “Harris/Walz” to “Americans” without comment. Which “we” does she mean, for example, when she says “that’s who we are” at the end? That’s who “Harris/Walz” is? Or that’s who populates America?
  2. “The people who came before us” could mean “previous democrats” or “founding fathers”.
  3. Abortion, as the issue it is today, wasn’t on the minds of either early Democrats or the Founding Fathers.
  4. Gun violence, in the contemporary sense, wasn’t on the minds of either early Democrats or the Founding Fathers.
  5. Access to ballot box, in the contemporary sense, wasn’t on the minds of either early Democrats or the Founding Fathers.
  6. Sodomy (“love who you love”) was definitely on the minds and deemed immoral by early Democrats and the Founding Fathers.
  7. Vagrancy (“just be”) was also definitely on the minds and deemed immoral by early Democrats and the Founding Fathers.

Taken together, what began as a history lesson turned into a party paper and yet no one can say for sure what Kamala said or meant. This actually undermines the lies she told, and yet she is the winner, in my book.

Kamala, puppet that she is, told the bigger doozy. What do you think?

Plain Sentences Uttered By Kamala Harris

In order to help her (Trump wins, but it isn’t glorious unless he has real competition), I have compiled the plainly spoken sentences uttered by Kamala Harris during the interview. Naturally, I have kept them grouped by question. And, “Yes, I am largely relying on CNN’s punctuation.”

Q1 (Day One Actions?): Well, there are a number of things. I will tell you first and foremost one of my highest priorities is to do what we can to support and strengthen the middle class. 

Q2 (Repeat: Day One Actions?): There’s the work that we’re gonna do that is about investing in the American family around affordable housing, a big issue in our country right now.

Q3 (People Want To Go Back To Certain Relevant Aspects of the Past. Will You Help Them?): Well, let’s start with the fact that when Joe Biden and I came in office during the height of a pandemic, we saw over 10 million jobs were lost. Hundreds of people a day were dying because of COVID. The economy had crashed. When we came in, our highest priority was to do what we could to rescue America. And today, we know that we have inflation at under 3%. A lot of our policies have led to the reality that America recovered faster than any wealthy nation around the world. Prices in particular for groceries are still too high. The American people know it. I know it. Which is why my agenda includes what we need to do to bring down the price of groceries.

Q4 (Are Three Years Really Enough For Successful Administrations To Achieve Results?): Well, first of all, we had to recover as an economy, and we have done that. Donald Trump said he was gonna do a number of things, including allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices. We did it. She’s not doing that any longer.

Q5 (You’ve Never Erred?): There’s more to do, but that’s good work.

Q6 (Is Pennsylvania a Must-Win State?): Sure.

Q7 (Do You Still Want To Ban Fracking?): As vice president, I did not ban fracking. As president, I will not ban fracking.

Q8 (Do You Still Want To Ban Fracking?): I kept my word, and I will keep my word.

Q9 (Gotcha!): Well, let’s be clear. My values have not changed. I believe it is very important that we take seriously what we must do to guard against what is a clear crisis in terms of the climate. That tells me from my experience as vice president we can do it without banning fracking. In fact, Dana — Dana, excuse me — I cast the tie-breaking vote that actually increased leases for fracking as vice president. So I’m very clear about where I stand.

Q10 (Have You Ever Used Reasoning Skills On Fracking?): What I have seen is that we can — we can grow and we can increase a thriving clean energy economy without banning fracking.

Q11 (Is Immigration Feather Or Black Mark?): Well, first of all, the root causes work that I did as vice president, that I was asked to do by the president has actually resulted in a number of benefits, including historic investments by American businesses in that region. He killed the bill: a border security bill that would’ve put 1,500 more agents on the border. The Border Patrol endorsed the bill. That bill would have allowed us to increase seizures of fentanyl.

Q12 (Is Immigration Feather Or Black Mark?): (There was not a plain spoken sentence.)

Q13 (Is Immigration Feather Or Black Mark?): I believe there should be consequence. We have laws that have to be followed and enforced that address and deal with people who cross our border illegally. I’m the only person in this race who actually served a border state as attorney general to enforce our laws. I recognize the problem.
